Hello Cellists,

It’s no coincidence that Brahms’ Cello Sonata No. 2 in F major, Op. 99 was composed around the same time and in the same key as his third symphony. In this episode, pianist Alon Goldstein and I talk about how to make the cello and piano sound like an entire orchestra in the first movement.

Please let me know if you have any comments and/or questions, I would love to hear from you. Thank you for watching!!
